Taxes and Duties
Orders outside of United States may be subject to custom duties and import taxes applied at the destination country. Kiss the Rainbow does not collect duties and taxes on your behalf. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Duties and taxes paid are not refundable and refusal of delivery will incur a shipping and handling fee. Customs may choose to abandon your package instead of returning it to Kiss the Rainbow. In this instance, we will not be liable to reship the order back to you or issue a refund.

All orders are processed and sent out within 1-3 business day(s) after purchasing. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays. Shipping starts from the date you receive the “Your Order Has Been Shipped!” email.

A shipment notification with "Your Order Has Been Shipped!" will be sent once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 4 working days for the tracking link to be updated.

Please double check the address you provide during shipment, we will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


What do I do if my order is lost?

If you haven't received your order in a reasonable time frame, please get in touch with us and we will endeavor to help you locate your parcel. Whilst we will try our best, we can not be liable for any orders that are lost or damaged during transit once they have been dispatched. You may need to contact the carrier to file a claim.
